I created an automated pipeline using WordPress, Zapier, Dropbox, and TeamUp to streamline the bid calendar submission process. When a bidder uploads a document to Dropbox, Zapier extracts the pre-bid and bid meeting dates and creates corresponding events in TeamUp. Each calendar event includes a link to the original file, ensuring accurate and timely posting of project details with minimal manual input.
